Sisters in Medicine is an initiative focused on supporting the academic and professional success of women pursuing medical and graduate education. The program is designed to strengthen connections between students, promote leadership, and encourage meaningful contributions to both healthcare and research.

Goals

  • Build a strong network of women in professional programs.
  • Promote success in clinical practice, research, and community service.
  • Support the development of professional relationships that lead to mentorship, sponsorship, and leadership opportunities.
  • To foster success in the areas of clinicians, scholarly inquiry and service to communities.
  • Advance research and initiatives that improve maternal health outcomes.
