Fuller Publishes Article in the American Academy of Osteopathy Journal 
A Discussion on the “Rule of the Artery”

PCOM Department of Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine (OMM) Professor David B. Fuller, DO, FAAO, FNAME, recently published an article in the March 2025 edition of the American Academy of Osteopathy Journal.

Dr. Fuller describes an expanded version of Andrew Taylor Still's “Rule of the Artery”, proposing “A. T. Still’s ‘Rule of Fluid, Nerve, Fascia, Muscle, and Bone’ – An Investigation Beyond ‘Rule of the Artery.’”

This article describes A.T. Still's description of the integrated role played by arterial, venous, lymphatic, cerebrospinal fluid, nerve, fascia, muscle and bone aspects of each individual's health.
