Chief of Campus Operations - PCOM
Omar Sinanan, CEFP, FMP, serves as the Chief of Campus Operations at Philadelphia
College of Osteopathic Medicine (PCOM). Sinanan is responsible for managing the day-to-day
operations of the Philadelphia campus, including overseeing facilities management
and leading operational teams. Previously, Sinanan spent eight years at Temple University
and Temple Health. His notable achievements there include leading operations for Campus
Recreation and Housekeeping and serving as the operations manager for Temple’s Health
Sciences Campus.
Before his tenure at Temple, Sinanan served as lead facilities and operations supervisor
in Athletics and Recreation at the University of Pennsylvania. Sinanan holds a bachelor’s
degree from Penn State and a master’s degree from Liberty University, and is currently
pursuing a doctorate at Temple University.
