Marcine Pickron-Davis, PhD, is a high-performing senior executive in academic medicine and health care currently serving as Chief Campus and Community Partnerships Officer. She brings 20+ years of executive leadership experience and is a results driven leader with a proven track record of executing and delivering change management strategies within large organizations. Dr. Pickron-Davis delivers an inclusive engagement strategy and has successfully led higher education stakeholders and non-profit organizations in the creation of organizational change management strategic plans. Dr. Marcine Pickron-Davis is widely recognized as a thought leader for her ability to build consensus and align decision-makers with organizational mission and vision. Dr. Pickron-Davis has cultivated and sustained a broad network of strategic partners and collaborators around health equity and community outreach.

Prior to her arrival at PCOM, Dr. Pickron-Davis served as the inaugural chief community engagement officer at Widener University from 2003 through 2016. In this position, she served as a strategic leader to advance the university's commitment to civic engagement. During her tenure, she raised Widener's civic engagement profile among the national higher education community, implemented civic engagement initiatives resulting in sustainable partnerships between the university and the Chester community; and led the development of innovative programs and initiatives to promote a culture of “giving back.” Dr. Pickron-Davis' accomplishments resulted in institutional and cultural change in policies and practices at Widener University.

She has received several awards recognizing her accomplishments as a change agent in academic medicine. In May 2025, she will be recognized as a Woman of Impact by the American Heart Association. She completed her bachelor’s degree from The Pennsylvania State University and her masters of social work degree from Temple University's School of Social Administration. She earned her doctor of philosophy degree in educational leadership at the University of Pennsylvania.
