Graduate Medical Education

Our mission is to train and develop qualified physicians to practice as competent, caring physicians in the ambulatory, hospital and extended care settings.

We are dedicated to continually improving the quality of education for both the undergraduate and the postgraduate physician-in-training by emphasizing a continuum of learning for the individual physician through four years of medical school, the internship year and his or her residency program.

Our commitment to providing trainees with the highest quality of academic and clinical training enables Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine to continue as a national leader in osteopathic medical education.
