Photocopying

We have 2 Photocopy machines on the 1st floor by the stairs. There is a third copy machine on the 2nd floor of the library.
PCOM ID badges are needed to photocopy in the library.
Faculty need their Dept./personal Card to photocopy.

Guests can use our guest card by leaving a valid drivers license as ID at the Circulation Desk.  The cost is 10 cents per page.  There is also a visitor card that can be purchased for $10 at the machine in the hall before you reach the library. That visitor card is only 5 cents per page.

There is a copy service in Rowland Hall if you need to do a lot of photocopying.
Their hours are Monday - Friday, 8 am to 5 pm.

For the best photocopy experience follow these suggestions:
  • Do not put curled pages into the Automatic Document Feeder (ADF)
  • Only insert non-hole punched side of paper into the ADF.
  • Make sure any staples are removed before putting the papers in the ADF.
  • Any water/coffee stains can cause jamming in the ADF.
  • When using the flat scanner, do not push down on the ADF, it will cause
the ADF to bend, and that will cause jams when using the ADF.
  • Do not fill with paper in the paper trays past the Arrow Signs.
  • Do not pull jammed paper out.  Ask library staff for assistance.
  • If your document is too curled, use the flat scanner.
