ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  •  
    • Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine, Admissions Department, seeks a full-time Admissions Assistant.  This position will assist in expediting college application activities by performing various duties including processing DO and School of Pharmacy applications, generating applicant correspondence, preparing deposits, responding to routine inquiries from prospective applicants, assisting in preparation of statistical data, and other administrative duties as assigned.  High school diploma or GED equivalent required with a minimum one year experience working in a fast paced office environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and working knowledge of Excel and Access required; knowledge of Banner preferred.

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • High school diploma or GED equivalent required with a minimum one year experience working in a fast paced office environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and working knowledge of Excel and Access required; knowledge of Banner preferred.
