Graduation Eligibility and Diplomas
PCOM holds commencement ceremonies at each campus location.
Eligibility to Participate in Graduation Ceremony
To be eligible to participate in the graduation ceremony, students must complete degree
requirements during that academic year. For those students that require thesis defense
such as MS Biomedical Science Research and the PsyD programs, completion of your thesis
is required by June 1 of that year.
An email is sent to prospective degree candidates in each program several months prior
to graduation requesting information. If you do not receive an email by April 5 of
that year, then you should email the Registrar Office at registrar@pcom.edu to be added to the graduation list.
Diploma Replacement Form
If you lose or damage your diploma, you may order a replacement.
- Please complete our online Diploma Reprint Request Form.
- Include a check for $25 made payable to PCOM when mailing your request.
Requests cannot be processed without a signature (and therefore email and telephone
requests cannot be honored). Students are required to provide two copies of legal
documentation to receive a diploma. We are unable to print a replacement diploma for
anyone other than the graduate.
Please send your request to:
