Our Focus on Wellness

Just as we train osteopathic physicians to practice a “whole person” approach in caring for patients, we practice a “whole person” approach to employee wellness—an approach that recognizes the importance of physical, mental and emotional fitness in carrying out PCOM’s mission.

What We Offer

Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine offers the following wellness services for employees:

• Health advocate
• On-campus seminars, classes and other wellness events
• Carebridge employee assistance program

PCOM employees on the Philadelphia campus have access to the activities center. PCOM Georgia employees have access to the fitness center and recreation area.

Additionally, PCOM employees have access to a wide array of reimbursements, savings and discounts through our insurance provider.
